The Quartermaster Service's mission is to ensure the efficient management of accommodation in the resorts of the center, to ensure the proper organization of the events organized by the CSRS p>.
Reporting directly to the Administrative and Financial Department and under the supervision of the Management Committee in synergy with the Auto Park, Logistics and Communication, this service for activities < br />
- the organization of arrivals and departures of scholars and visitors
- hosting researchers and visitors on stations
- Support for the organization of events
- building maintenance
- the management of the canteen.
The Service consists of a team of nearly 12 people should best manage the resort offering:
- 12 rooms for 15 beds spread between 2 buildings, 2 conference rooms with a capacity of respective receptions of 10 and 50 places in a wonderful setting and the beauty of nature is preserved with great care, on its Adiopodoumé site
- 3 rooms on its site Bringakro
- 2 rooms on its site Taabo
- 4 bedrooms on the Korhogo site
The Executive Secretariat is responsible for assisting the CEO in the exercise of its functions and also serve as a platform for communication between senior management and other services.
Under the direct supervision of DG CSRS, the Service for activities:
- the organization of missions of the
- agendas management
- Administrative mail management
- Support for the organization of events (invitation letters, thank you letters)
- management telephone calls
- the establishment of various administrative documents
- Support for the distribution of communication materials Ul> P>
The tasks to Executive Assistants are numerous and diverse. First, they must perform all of these tasks to a staff of over 150 people manage communication between CSRS and over 200 various origins partners.
Consisting of 4 Executive Assistants divided into 3 offices, they ensure a smooth flow of information from the General Directorate to employees and researchers and vice versa.
