The Director General of the CSRS and His Excellency, Mr. Dominique Favre, explored several strategic courses of action to be implemented to strengthen the CSRS’s position as a scientific research institution of excellence.
A model of successful cooperation between Côte d'Ivoire and Switzerland since 1951, the Centre Suisse serves as a platform for the implementation and engineering of scientific research.
Accounting for more than 20% of annual scientific publications in Côte d'Ivoire—in partnership with national public universities, African universities, and international universities (Switzerland, England, the United States, etc.)—and through its research findings, the CSRS has made a significant impact on society in the areas of health, food security, and the promotion of biodiversity.
