The Information Technology and Systems Department provides technical assistance to the CSRS administration and research activities. It provides support to researchers in their computer application problems.

Reporting directly to the General Management and in collaboration with the other departments, it is responsible for:

•     Define the strategy of the IT department in accordance with the CSRS strategic development plan
• Ensure the management of IT assets
• Ensures a watch on technological developments
• Develops strategies for the implementation of programs or applications
• Implement an efficient communication policy using ICT tools
• Ensures a technological watch on CSRS developments in terms of information systems
• Anticipate changes and guide the choices of the general management in terms of information technology
