Evening meals
Participants may have dinner at their cost in
their respective Hotels. However, you are advised to check with
organization members in case you want to leave the hotel.
Coffee / Tea breaks and Lunches
Coffee and tea will be served during the morning and afternoon breaks
at the meeting venue.
Each participant must take the breakfast in
his/her hotel.

Currency
The currency used in South Africa is South African rand (ZAR) (1 $ US
= ZAR 19.04).
You may get some cash in the local currency from
an ATM machine at the airport (visa cards and Mastercards are
accepted).
You may also change money at the airport if you
bring some cash in foreign currencies. Just tell the driver or the
hostesses who will welcome you at the airport.

countries at the Airport in South Africa.
